Our design professionals work closely with you to develop a scope of work, preliminary concept plans. and select finishes to develop budgets for your project. Once the client accepts the floor plan and pricing we enter into a contract.
Our in-house staff can manage three new homes and three full scale renovations a year. We assign one of our universal interior designer/project managers per project.
After we agree on floor plans, exterior elevations, finishes and pricing and we enter into a contract with a 10% deposit to start construction plans and 10% when the plans are submitted to the building department. Depending on the size of the project we have 7+- progress payments based on preset completed work milestones.
